The short version

What is Physician Simulator (Demo)?

Physician Simulator is a demo simulation about handling daily appointments at Clinic No. 67. The player reads charts, performs timed exams, verifies documents, and chooses prescriptions, referrals, certificates, or refusals while managing a 12-minute-per-patient schedule.

Set in Clinic No. 67 in Profilaktinsk, the demo follows a doctor sent there for three years of mandatory service after medical school. Each working day gives one hour of appointments, with 12 minutes per patient. Patients may have minor complaints, forged referrals for opioids, or requests for advertised drops. The player reads charts, checks allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications, then performs hands-on examinations that cost minutes. Documents need verification for fake stamps, expired dates, or wrong license formats. Decisions include a prescription, specialist referral, certificate, or refusal, followed by signing and stamping. The demo covers 5 working days and up to 40 patients.

Getting started

How to play Physician Simulator (Demo)

  1. Read the patient chart first: allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications can affect the prescription.
  2. Use the available minutes for hands-on checks such as temperature, throat, lymph nodes, chest, blood pressure, abdomen, lower back, skin, and eyes.
  3. Inspect referral documents for a fake stamp, expired date, or wrong license format.
  4. Decide whether to prescribe, refer to a specialist, issue a certificate, or refuse; sign and stamp the result.
  5. Manage the daily one-hour appointment window at 12 minutes per patient; finishing early adds unticketed patients, while falling behind can cause booked patients to leave and file a complaint.

Tips for Physician Simulator (Demo)

  • Check allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications before prescribing; skipping a chart line can lead to a dangerous prescription.
  • Treat every examination as a time cost; choose checks that help separate real illness from false requests within the 12-minute limit.
  • Verify stamps, dates, and license formats on referrals rather than accepting them at face value.
  • Keep an eye on the one-hour appointment window; early finishes bring unticketed patients, and delays can trigger complaints.
  • The demo is best on a computer; on a phone, turn it sideways.

Six years of med school, paid for with a loan. Then a new law sends you to Clinic No. 67 in Profilaktinsk for three years of mandatory service. Refuse, and you lose your accreditation. Welcome.

Patients walk through your door every day. Some have a runny nose. Some bring a forged referral for opioids. Some are a grandmother who wants the drops she saw advertised on TV. Most of them don't need what they're asking for. Your job is to figure out who's actually sick, who's lying, and what they should get: a prescription, a referral, a certificate, or a refusal.

What you do

- Read patient charts: allergies, chronic conditions, current medications. Skip a line and you'll prescribe something dangerous.

- Examine by hand: temperature, throat, lymph nodes, chest, blood pressure, abdomen, lower back, skin, eyes. Every check costs minutes.

- Verify documents: some referrals are real, some have a fake stamp, an expired date or the wrong license format.

- Decide: prescribe, refer to a specialist, issue a certificate or refuse. Sign it with the pen and stamp it yourself.

- Watch the clock: one hour of appointments a day, 12 minutes per patient. Finish early and the front desk sends patients without a ticket. Fall behind and booked patients leave and file a complaint.
